Operations Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage day-to-day operations across various departments.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.

Provide technical support to internal teams and assist with process optimization.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assist with data reporting and tracking key performance metrics.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to established workflows and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Provide feedback and recommendations for system or process improvements.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in operations or related fields

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills

Strong understanding of operations support processes, including business operation, client relations, operations management, and compliance

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field.
