Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Schedule and conduct interviews, providing timely updates to both candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines in the recruitment system.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements:
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field is required
